Shilvi Leinwand is a dynamic leader and creative problem-solver with over 23 years of experience in complex, global business transformations. She has spent her career as a collaborative partner working with leaders and team members across Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal and IT to drive high-priority projects and greater operational excellence. In her most recent role, she was Vice President of Strategy & Operations for Change Healthcare. She was accountable for leading the Marketing & Corporate Affairs transformation of the company’s Go-To-Market strategy and execution to support YoY growth of 3-5% in total revenue. She served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer as well as served as the Executive Director of the Change Healthcare Advisory Board for the Chief Executive Officer.
In her previous roles, she worked with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) to identify $30M in savings via booking channels in order to launch two new hotel brands. She also worked at The Coca-Cola Company responsible for the delivery of major global digital campaigns for Olympics 2012 and FIFA 2014. She also created a new Center of Excellence for Mobile applications for scalable and efficient launches of consumer and enterprise mobile apps. Prior to Coke, she spent seven years in Management Consulting with Slalom Consulting and Deloitte.
Shilvi holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BS in International Affairs with a minor in Information Technology Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has served on several Boards for non-profit organizations as well as The Coca-Cola Federal Credit Union. She is currently a member of the G100 Women’s network and is passionate about empowering and developing team members throughout their careers.
