Travis is a widely recognized and well-respected leader in his field. His dedication to creating tangible value for his consulting partners has been apparent since the beginning. His business excellence career began in 1999 with GE Industrial Systems; in 2004, he joined CHEP Canada where his leadership generated $15–20M annually in operating margin expansion (approximately 2% of revenues); and in 2014, as Vice President of Global Business Excellence, he launched the program that resulted in incremental EBITDA of $30M, creating over $250M in equity value.

In everything she does, Jennifer brings a commitment to excellence; a passion for helping talent grow; and a sense of calm courage and forward-thinking creativity. She began her career as an accountant, and after shifting into financial systems, she spent nearly 10 years consulting in business intelligence and data warehousing, designing solutions for numerous Fortune 100 companies. In her 12-year tenure at Nielsen, Jennifer led global teams to drive operational and organizational excellence and to deliver an annual ROI exceeding 10X. An industry-recognized innovator, Jennifer holds two patents for research methodologies in telecommunication.

Barry is an “Operator” who was given the opportunity to learn and practice Lean Six Sigma after 20 years of leading large organizations in North America and Asia in the Technology sector. He earned Master Black Belt status and was recruited back into executive operations roles to lead and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement. Since then, he has continued to leverage those skills to scale performance improvement and create enterprise value across several enterprises, both Public and Private Equity backed.

Jeff Brubaker

Jeff Brubaker

About

Jeff spent nearly 39 years in supply chain roles in the CPG and Packaging industries.  His roles grew from Production Supervisor to COO over his career. Most of his career involved overseeing manufacturing and engineering operations with a focus on TPM and continuous improvement systems. He also has held broad supply chain roles that included safety, quality,  procurement, logistics, planning, innovation, and new product delivery.  Jeff has significant experience in M&A due diligence and integration.  He is an organizational leader, having led organizations with over 2000 people and $2B in revenue.
