Operational improvement that builds capability your teams keep after we leave.
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Kitchener-Waterloo, and surrounding GTA communities.
The Greater Toronto Area runs one of the most concentrated manufacturing and logistics corridors in North America. Food and beverage processors, packaging manufacturers, and industrial suppliers operate at scale here — and the operational pressure that comes with that scale is real. Adonis Partners works with GTA executives to close the gap between what the operation is producing and what it should be producing. We use Lean Six Sigma to identify the specific sources of variation, waste, and constraint that are holding performance back, and we build the internal capability to sustain the gains after the engagement ends.
We identify the root causes of performance gaps through direct observation, data analysis, and structured problem-solving. Not assumptions — evidence.
We develop the improvement approach with your team, not for them. Ownership starts here.
We run improvement cycles using DMAIC, kaizen, or whatever structured method fits the problem. We stay until the gains are real and repeatable.
We build the internal routines, standard work, and coaching capability that keep the improvement running after we leave.
The GTA is home to some of Canada’s largest food and beverage processors. We work with operations leaders in this sector on throughput improvement, yield loss reduction, changeover time, and quality defect elimination — the operational issues that directly affect margin and customer fill rates.
Packaging operations in the GTA run on tight tolerances and high-volume output. We apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce scrap, improve line efficiency, and stabilize processes that have been running on tribal knowledge rather than standard work.
Distribution centres, 3PL operations, and transportation networks across the GTA face constant pressure on OTIF, dwell time, and cost per shipment. We help operations teams build the measurement and management systems that turn reactive firefighting into predictable performance.
Healthcare operations in the GTA face capacity constraints, patient throughput challenges, and regulatory pressure simultaneously. We apply process improvement and change management to help clinical and operational leaders improve throughput without adding headcount.
We serve organizations across the full GTA footprint: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, and surrounding communities. Engagements are delivered on-site at your facility.
We work primarily with mid-market and enterprise organizations in food and beverage, packaging, logistics, and healthcare. Most engagements are with VP-level and C-suite operations leaders who have a specific performance problem and need structured help solving it.
Yes. Our consultants work on-site at your facility. Lean Six Sigma improvement requires direct observation of the work — remote consulting does not produce the same results.
Most engagements run 8 to 20 weeks depending on scope. A focused DMAIC project on a single process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. A broader operational excellence build runs longer. We scope every engagement based on what the problem actually requires.
Consulting is execution-focused — we work alongside your team to solve a specific operational problem. Training is capability-focused — we build your internal practitioners. Many clients start with consulting and add training as the program matures. We offer both.
We establish baseline performance metrics at the start of every engagement and track improvement against them throughout. Typical metrics include defect rate, yield, throughput, cycle time, cost per unit, and OTIF depending on the context. We do not consider an engagement successful until the gains are sustained without our direct involvement.
Tell us about your operation and what you’re trying to improve. We will respond within one business day.
