Scott is a leader in Supply Chain and Operational Excellence and a professional with more than 20 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, & Continuous Improvement at three Fortune 200 companies.   Scott has experience across diverse industries, including Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Professional Tools, SMT & Telecommunications.  Scott is Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified. ​

Scott has hands on experience in end-to-end Supply Chain assessments, leading on-site projects from identification through implementation and sustainment, and leading formal classroom training on Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Leadership. He has also mentored numerous Lean, Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow/White Belt candidates, and he has experience standing up multiple Continuous Improvement departments from the ground up.

Before getting into Consulting, Scott was Director, Operational Excellence at Coca-Cola Refreshments / Coca-Cola Company.  

Over his ten-year career at Coca-Cola his span of responsibility covered Global & matrix teams in Manufacturing, Operations, Human Resources, and Enterprise OE COE (Center of Excellence), along with leading and partnering on programs and initiatives in many areas including Safety, Quality, TPM, S&OP, Engineering, Marketing, Transportation, Inventory Management, Planning, and Warehousing.  

Prior to Coca-Cola, Scott was a CI Strategic Initiatives Manager / Six Sigma & Lean Quality Engineer for Goodrich Aerospace (now UTC), where he was assigned to the top-quality issues and improved efficiencies and effectiveness of the manufacturing processes. Before joining Goodrich Aerospace, Scott held different Supply Chain Management positions in his ten-year career at Textron including being a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. 

Scott earned his BS in Business from University of Evansville and MBA from Regis University.  In addition, Scott holds Certifications as a Master Black Belt, Lean Expert,  Supply Chain Excellence Management and High-Performance Leadership & Managing for Execution.
