Louise has deep expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) having led the full suite of L&D functions over her corporate career. In her 20+ years at Nielsen, Louise partnered closely with Nielsen’s global leadership team to support business priorities through people development. Over this time, she led the build of a new Learning Design Centre of Excellence, the creation of a new, global Management Development Programme, and the development of a company-wide employee-generated learning initiative. Louise also held responsibility for the global commercial training strategy for skills and product training.​

Louise, a Certified Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute, established a global leadership coaching practice at Nielsen and continues to provide executive coaching.

Keen to stay on the cutting edge of learning, Louise brings digital and social to the forefront of development initiatives, boosting engagement and impact.

Louise graduated from the University of Wolverhampton (UK) with a BSc in Psychology and holds a Green Belt in Business Process Improvement. Louise enjoys being a speaker for L&D related events.​
