Jarih has more than 15 years of experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma across multiple industries such as Service Master, , HP Enterprise Services, Nokia, and nThrive. He has had a successful track record in business transformation, developing cost effective solutions and served as a Voice of Client programs.
Jarih started his career in 1998 with Bombardier Aerospace in Wichita, Kansas as a Master Black Belt improving production cycle time from 15 days to 10 days. His project with Service Master, “Improving Customer Arrival Time” was featured in the December 2005 Quality Journal Magazine in which he improve technician arrival times to the costumer for HVAC calls from 6 hours to less than 2 hours. Moreover, while working for Nokia, he created a showcasing market intelligence and customer demand which predicted the launch of the Apple iPhone. Additionally, while working for HP enterprise services, Jarih created a voice of the client dashboard program which collected multiple KPIs along with implementing net promotor score.
In 2016, Jarih joined nthrive (Savistarcm) establishing Lean Six Sigma culture across healthcare revenue cycle and patient processes. Through his business transformation projects, Jarih aided nThrive by saving $15M.
Jarih holds a Bachelors of Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Wichita State University (Wichita, Kansas). He is certified as a Master Black Belt, Project Management, Satmatrix Net Promoter Score (NPS).
