With a career spanning 20+ years, Hallie has held communications positions with some of the biggest brands in their industries—management consulting, restaurant, nonprofit, and market research. She has consulted with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Most recently, she led the COVID-19 crisis communications strategy for a global company, delivering employee messaging, a remote work policy, return-to-office policies, and employee surveys.
Prior to consulting, she headed the marketing & communications function for a $1B dollar business, developing a reputation for turning ambiguity into action. A few of her career achievements include leading the communication and assimilation efforts in support of several company acquisitions, enabling the organizational transformation of a historically product-led organization to one that is sales-driven, and designing a C-suite client engagement strategy to drive higher client retention rates.
Hallie has executive competency in crisis communications, marketing operations, data-driven storytelling, content strategy, change communications, and event programming. She believes in the power of words, data, and relationships to drive client outcomes, and employs expert-level strategy with a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic.
Hallie holds a Masters of Science in Managerial Communications from Northwestern University. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. In 2018 she was named a Benedictine University Rising Star, and in 2017 she was selected by the CEO of Nielsen as one of only 25 associates globally to participate in the Nielsen Leadership Program.
