Tara Burdeshaw is a senior supply chain leader with more than 20 years of experience across purchasing, sourcing, logistics, demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production. She has held senior-level, end-to-end supply chain roles and brings a proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Tara has led multiple transformation projects resulting in more than $30 million in organizational savings. Her experience spans multiple industries and company sizes, from small, rapid-growth businesses to large, established Fortune 500 organizations. Across her corporate roles, she developed S&OP processes for five organizations and served as the business lead for multiple ERP implementation projects.
During her consulting career, Tara has led multi-million-dollar projects as a Program Manager, managed end-to-end supply chain initiatives, and helped companies drive growth while creating measurable bottom-line impact.
Tara earned her undergraduate degree in Business from Clayton State University and completed her MBA at Mercer University. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and APICS certified. She also holds two board positions and has been featured in supply chain publications, including CHAIN Magazine, for her contributions to supply chain and sustainability. Tara is also a podcast contributor, interview guest, and speaker at nationwide conferences on supply chain transformation.
