You will lead a team of TPM practitioners and still carry client work yourself, from maturity assessments through implementation and sustainment. You will work directly with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and frontline operators, and you will set the standard the rest of the practice is coached against.
We work with upper mid-market manufacturers, $200M to $2B in revenue, many of them PE-backed and mid-transformation. Engagements run 3 to 12 months and involve real time on the plant floor, not remote oversight.

Adonis Partners is hiring a Supply Chain Practice Leader to grow and run our Supply Chain and Operations Excellence practice. This role carries both sides of the job. You are building the business, developing client relationships, and bringing in new engagements, while also leading the delivery team and staying close enough to the work to own the outcome. You will work with Chief Supply Chain Officers, COOs, and procurement leaders across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and consumer goods clients.
We are looking for someone who has run supply chain transformation work before and can also sell it. Consulting delivery experience without the business development side, or the reverse, will not cover this role.
