How We Work

  • Client-site presence on a 3/4/5 schedule (3 nights at hotels, 4 days working at the client site, the fifth day back at home office)

Open Positions

Consultant / Senior Consultant · Full-time or 1099 · Travel required

Adonis Partners is hiring procurement consultants to lead and support sourcing, category management, and supply chain diagnostic work for our manufacturing clients. This is a hands-on role. You will be on-site with clients, building spend analysis, sourcing strategies, and should-cost models, not just reviewing someone else’s.

We are looking for a mix of industry and consulting experience. Strong candidates from just one path will still be considered.

What you will do

  • Lead or support procurement and supply chain diagnostic work, including spend analysis, category assessments, and value stream mapping
  • Build sourcing strategies and run RFI/RFP processes across direct and indirect categories
  • Develop should-cost models and KPI frameworks that turn messy client data into clear recommendations
  • Work directly with client stakeholders, from category managers to plant operations leaders


What you bring

  • A mix of hands-on industry and management consulting experience (procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations)
  • Comfort on a plant floor, not just in a corporate procurement office
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to build a fact-based narrative for executive audiences
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, typically Monday through Thursday during peak engagement weeks
