Currently serving as the founder of Greennova, he is dedicated to advancing the additives sector by developing innovative masterbatches tailored for the Mexican market. His entrepreneurial vision is focused on growth and sustainability as he navigates the evolving landscape of the industry. Ruben’s career includes significant leadership roles at Berry Global, where he has served as Procurement Director for Latin America and Americas since 2012

Ruben´s technical expertise was further demonstrated during his time as Technical Quality Manager in Colombia, where he was instrumental in launching new production lines and implementing high productivity standards. Ruben holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Supply Chain from Universidad ICESI and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosí.
