Marilyn has held leadership positions with The Centre for Addiction & Mental Health Foundation, United Way, World Vision, Mattel Inc., Sun Life Financial, Manulife Financial and Nestle Foods.
Marilyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada). She is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is a member of The Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the International Coaching Federation. Marilyn is an Accredited Partnership Broker with the Partnership Brokers Association, the international professional body for those managing and developing collaboration processes and holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability from University of St. Michael’s College in the University of Toronto. She has served as a mentor to students in this program for several years.
