Frank brings over two decades of operational leadership experience working alongside private equity investors, corporate boards, and executive teams to drive measurable enterprise value. As a Managing Director at TriVista, Frank led the Operations and Improvement (OI) Group, overseeing engagements across Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, and Footprint Optimization practices.
Throughout his career, Frank has provided project oversight and leadership on over 450 client engagements, resulting in the identification of more than $500M in operational savings. He works closely with strategic client relationships, bringing deep expertise in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement, and inventory management — and regularly oversees complex operational due diligence engagements.
Prior to TriVista, Frank held senior leadership roles at Avery Dennison, Black & Decker, and Ingersoll Rand, where he served as Director of Engineering and Quality and Operations & Engineering Manager respectively. He has also worked as a Lean Consultant within the Toyota Production System and as an independent Systems Consultant.
Frank holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
