He demonstrate great interpersonal relationships is self motivated and proactive.

David has guided TPM and Continuous improvement in several Fortune 100 multinational companies along America and specially leads the TPM Program to achieve 3 stages of TPM Award granted by JIPM.

In his +25 David has leading global teams also has been responsible to lead , Zero Loss Mindset and Cost Management, Daily Management Systems, Hoshin Kanri, Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard and Cascading Metrics, Training and Development Systems, 5S and Workplace Organization, Operational Excellence System and Pillars Implementation.

David earned his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Cali—Colombia. David also holds an MBA with Strategic Management Emphasis – ICESI University – Colombia, furthermore he holds a certification such as TPM International Instructor and Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
