Damon Werner is a transformation leader specializing in the modernization of complex healthcare and distribution enterprises. His work centers on clarity, disciplined execution, and translating strategy into operational reality. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute.

Damon has led modernization programs spanning ERP implementations, operational excellence initiatives, AI enablement, cross-functional governance, and enterprise-wide change. He is especially strong at synthesizing complexity into executive-ready narratives and driving alignment across corporate functions and business units.

Prior to joining Adonis Partners, Damon served as Senior Vice President, Transformation & Operational Excellence at SCP Health, where he was a founding member of the Transformation Office. In that role, he led Phase I of a multi-year enterprise transformation, including AI agent implementation, standardized operating procedures, end-to-end process redesign, change management, and strategic planning.

Earlier in his career, Damon spent nearly a decade at McKesson, serving as Vice President of Business Optimization & Six Sigma. He led the enterprise Lean Six Sigma program across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, overseeing 80 Black Belts and 20 Master Black Belts after earning his Master Black Belt certification. His scope expanded to include analytics, PMO, supplier diversity, and enterprise sourcing operations.

Damon began his career in operational and process leadership roles at GE, where he earned his Black Belt certification and led improvement initiatives across GE Commercial Finance, GE Power Systems, and GE Capital. He later held senior transformation and operational leadership roles at Microsoft, Circuit City, LexisNexis, and Fiserv.

Damon earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where he played Division I men’s soccer.
