Through executive coaching and hands-on continuous improvement support, Adonis Partners helped leaders improve process outcomes, strengthen team engagement, and accelerate performance results. Key outcomes from this engagement include:
Reduction in Unprofitable Shipments
Improvement in Brokerage Productivity in 12 months
Employees Trained in Lean Six Sigma
An international logistics and distribution provider wanted to embed process improvement into how its leadership team operated. While the organization had deep experience in supply chain execution, executives lacked formal exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and a common framework for leading change initiatives.
Adonis Partners was engaged to equip leaders with the skills and structure needed to drive improvement efforts that would deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Adonis Partners’ consultants designed a structured Lean Six Sigma and change management training program tailored for senior leaders. The effort began with a half-day White Belt session to establish foundational concepts and a shared language around continuous improvement.
This was followed by Yellow Belt training, during which improvement projects were identified and leaders were nominated to participate. Each leader was responsible for driving a project to completion with support from an Adonis Master Black Belt coach. Select participants advanced to Kaizen training, which combined five days of instruction in technical tools and team facilitation with hands-on project execution.
This blend of structured training and real-world application ensured that continuous improvement methodologies were not only understood, but actively applied across the organization.
By building improvement capability at the leadership level, the organization accelerated progress across multiple initiatives and successfully completed key projects. Twelve leaders achieved Yellow Belt certification, and a broader shift toward data-driven decision-making was established within the executive team.
With internal capability developed at the top of the organization, the company was positioned to sustain ongoing performance improvements and continue embedding continuous improvement into its leadership culture.
We help leadership teams identify where performance is constrained and what it takes to unlock results. Share a few details and we’ll explore whether a similar approach makes sense for your organization.
