Susanna is an ASQ certified Lean Six Sigma leader with 10+ years of experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions. She is passionate about making an impact by increasing revenue and reducing costs. She excels in roles focusing on product marketing, technical project management, global communications, and change management relying on her fundamental understanding of data-based decision making.

In 2014, Susanna was selected for the elite business process improvement team at Nielsen. She spent five years in a Black Belt/Senior Black Belt role directing DMAIC/DMADV projects, training and coaching Green Belts, and mentoring new Black Belts. She joined the program’s global leadership team after earning her ASQ Lean Six Sigma certification in 2017.
