Vladimir’s journey in manufacturing began over 20 years ago in the OEM automotive sector beginning his career as a Production Supervisor in a fast-paced assembly environment where he embraced LEAN, Six Sigma and drove performance improvements to World-Class Standards. Building upon his successes and experience, Vladimir progressed to a Production then a Plant Managers role with a Fortune 1000 company where he eventually became the Director of Operations for Lincoln Electric Canada Company of Canada.

Vladimir has vast industry experience, from automotive  / machine manufacturing, to aluminum / steel welding wire manufacturing to wood working, medical instrument manufacturing, and IT project management. His transferable skills have made easy transitions across multiple platforms with fluency across all supporting pillars of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale. Vladimir continues and help organizations build, achieve and maintain World-Class Standards.

Holding a Bachelors of Science Degree from DeVry University in Chicago, Ill, Vladimir has continued his educational journey and holds certifications in Time and Motion Studies, both MOST and MODAPTS, Six Sigma Black Belt, LEAN, TPM, Negotiations Program at Harvard Law School, Accounting and Finance at Schulich School of Business, HACCP Food Safety Auditor from SAI Global and MBA Essentials program at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
