Van has dedicated his career to learning and mastering various supply chain functions for the past 25 years. He has successfully developed and deployed organization strategies in both manufacturing and service industries.  
 
Since 2003, Van has held Director, General Manager, and Continuous Improvement Leadership positions where he championed Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence.  During this time, he directed businesses in the areas of Purchasing, Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, Logistics, Operations, Project Management and Continuous Improvement. 

As a Continuous Improvement practitioner, he supported businesses in reaching sustainable cost savings targets with an effective change management structure.
 
Van received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from Brambles Inc. and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The American Society for Quality.
