Sarah is an industrial engineer with experience in medical device industry. Since 2017 she has technical and operational roles in one of the most recognized companies in this sector. Her experience is based on developing activities associated with process engineering for its optimization. Supervise and train operational personnel in functionality tests of critical products for quality assurance, including the development of procedures for execution. She has designed and implemented corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing processes, in order to eliminate the cause of nonconformities of the product according to that is established in ISO 13485 (CAPA) for medical devices.

She had outstanding participation as a member of the validation and transfer team of production lines from the United States to the Dominican Republic, in one of the most relevant projects for the Medtronic company.

She has experience in the validation tools, equipment, processes and effective transfer of information and knowledge. In addition, she has led and managed work teams to meet production, quality and industrial safety goals.

Sarah has a Master’s degree in Project Management. She has formulated and administered traditional projects according to the PMI guidelines. As a consultant, she has helped companies in the traditional sector, construction sector, to implement agile tools, such as Scrum, to solve unforeseen situations. In the food sector, she has helped small companies to raise the quality of their products through the analysis and improvement of processes, production systems, standardization, application and Lean manufacturing tools.
