Ron Auza

Senior Partner & Engagement Manager

Ron has vast experience working with top multinational companies in improving quality and productivity and deploying organization-wide business excellence programs in both the manufacturing and service industries. With a unique blend of operations management and continuous improvement expertise, he is proven effective in developing strategies and executing programs to achieve step function improvements in sustainable profitability and organizational culture. Ron has led projects and programs that received international recognitions including winning Silver in the 2009 ASQ International Team Excellence Award and Finalist in the 2010 ASQ International Team Excellence Award. One of his projects was awarded a US Patent in 2007.

Ron is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt since 2010. He has extensive experience as a Global Trainer for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and other improvement methodologies including conducting numerous LSS Green Belt and Black Belt programs in Asia, Europe and North America.

Furthermore, he has coached, mentored and certified dozens of Lean Six Sigma professionals from around the globe. He also holds Six Sigma Black Belt certifications from ASQ, Neville-Clarke and Nestle.

Ron is a certified Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) trainer and coach. As the Continuous Excellence site leader, Ron led the whole Nestle Waters Guelph factory in Canada to pass TPM Phase 0 requirements and expanded TPM to all other lines within one year.

Ron has completed Advance Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University (Pennsylvania, USA) and is a certified PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) Practitioner.
