For over 20 years, Rob Hancharick has honed his professional skill sets as a certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master, complimented with deep experience in data analytics and business intelligence.   His broad experience across sectors and industries, as well as many functional business areas, from operations, IT sales & marketing and finance, has provided Rob with a strong business acumen to successfully navigate any business environment.

Rob started his career in manufacturing with Eaton Corp as a participant in a leadership development program that provided the opportunity to work in diverse manufacturing environments, from injection molding to plating and heat treating, as a front-line supervisor, quality control manager and continuous improvement practitioner.  After 7 years with Eaton, Rob continued as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Recall, a division of Brambles, utilizing his skill set now in a service and logistics sector.  

Recall is a globally dispersed entity that allowed for a diverse international business experience across cultures and time zones.  While at Recall, Rob was awarded the honor of leading the most impactful continuous improvement project for both Recall and Bramble globally in 2010, delivering $6.3 million in additional cash flow through an extensive effort aimed at reducing days sales outstanding by nearly 15%.  

​Rob has always been passionate about utilizing technology solutions to drive continuous improvement and segued into managing software development programs with an emphasis on process improvement and efficiency gains.  In 2014, Rob was an early and instrumental team member in a startup venture under Cox Enterprises. In this startup environment, Rob was able to wear many hats and ultimately led the implementation of a nascent Reporting & Analytics function that enabled the organization to make data driven decisions in a timely manner.  Most recently, Rob is working as a Business Intelligence consultant with one of the largest public-school districts in the country, assisting them is establishing a unified reporting front across the entire organization, consisting of nearly 125,000 students, faculty, and staff. 

Rob earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s in manufacturing management at the Pennsylvania State University.  Penn States’ Manufacturing Management degree had a dual focus on Industrial Engineering and business administration. 

Rob is highly active in his children’s life and schooling, volunteering as a board member of the schools’ Educational Foundation and as a room parent.  In his free time, Rob is an avid  whitewater kayaker, mountain biker and snow skier.
