With a background spanning diverse industries such as Automotive, Industrial and Services, Landon has excelled in both Public and Private Equity sectors.
Proudly commencing his career as a welder in the automotive industry while pursuing higher education, Landon gained a unique perspective that has shaped his leadership journey. His progression from the shop floor to Plant Manager before embarking on his graduate studies underscores his hands-on approach and commitment to improvement. He held impactful roles in Commodity Management at Ford Motor Company and served as Director of Supply Chain at Kem Krest, where his close collaboration with OEM customers resulted in the launch of profitable end-to-end supply chain solutions for their dealer networks.
In his role as Vice President of Global Procurement for AVINTIV (purchased by Berry Global from Blackstone), Landon had accountability for nearly $2B in spend and led a global team in the development and implementation of strategic solutions focused on bolstering competitive advantage. Landon went on to lead Centralized Operations and Procurement for Employbridge as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence. In his most recent role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Operations at Ingersoll Rand, Landon led several key functions, including Procurement, Supply Chain, SIOP, and Operations for the Power Tools division, resulting in significant cost savings and productivity improvements.
Landon holds an MBA in Corporate Finance & Operations from The Ohio State University and a BS in Finance & Economics from Indiana University.
