Juhi started her journey in Process & Quality Excellence domain as a Six Sigma Black Belt with Wipro Limited in 2017. She has been a part of multiple engagements within Wipro in Telecom and Media domain. Has led more than eight improvement projects using Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma tenets, accruing a financial benefit of approximately $5 Mn per annum and is working towards filing a patent on amalgamation of AI with Wellness. She has an extensive experience in process mapping, quality assurance, FMEA, value stream mapping, root cause analysis and taking statistical data-driven decisions. She has conducted various coaching sessions on Six Sigma, Lean, Transaction Monitoring and Quality Control frameworks.
Juhi has worked as a Business Analyst on Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) projects delivering an end-to-end roadmap on the automation feasibility and financial gains accrued, acting as a bridge between technical and process teams.
She has a strong background in Quality Assurance as she has served as a Lead Auditor (audits conducted on critical process areas basis industry quality standards) for seven business accounts spread across varied domains. Also, has facilitated a couple of client initiated COPC audits for outsourced service partner accounts.
Juhi holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering degree from Gujarat Technological University (Gujarat, India) and an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (New Delhi, India). She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
