Joe is an innovative transformation leader with a proven leadership and consulting background. He started his career with General Electric where he spent 18 years in progressively larger leadership roles in industrial businesses at Gas Turbines, Aerospace, and Consumer & Industrial and in service businesses at GE Capital and NBC. As Vice President for the Private Equity division at GE Capital, Joe led client engagements on continuous improvement, performance management, and leadership development, while coaching client teams on improving operations and driving initiatives more effectively.
Joe has been in consulting since 2010, working with organizations in a variety of industries, including Healthcare and ABA Behavioral Health, Financial Services, Biotech, Freight Forwarding and Logistics, and Manufacturing. He routinely works with clients on improving processes while building high performing teams and buoyant cultures.
As a consultant for a leading national medical group, he overhauled the onboarding services organization, resulting in a 65% reduction in lead times and an increase in NPS scores from -19 to +71.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. He is a GE-certified Six Sigma Master Black belt with Lean and TPM expertise and holds certifications in Change Management, MBTI, and Executive Coaching. He also works with teams on collaborative problem solving, employee engagement, and customer experience strategies.
