Jerry spent the first two decades of his career working for Fortune 50 organizations like United Parcel Service, Cardinal Health, and Amerisource Bergen as a transformative leader, often taking turn-around roles that leveraged his operational acumen and focus on business outcomes to deliver customer, employee, and shareholder value. Jerry held progressively larger leadership roles with these organizations typically focused on supply chain and manufacturing.
In 2008 Jerry began a new chapter in his professional journey as a consultant. Since then, he has been working with organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Aerospace, Supply Chain, Consumer Packaging, Customer Contact Management, and Manufacturing. As a consultant for a national infusion therapy provider, he worked with payors and providers to improve the scheduling and prior authorization processes. These improvements resulted in a 60% reduction in denied claims, increased provider utilization by more than 20%, and improved patient care by shortening lead times and eliminating non-clinical treatment disruptions.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University. He is a certified Sigma Master Black belt with extensive Lean experience and expertise. He holds certifications in Change Management, and Design Thinking. His success stems from genuinely listening, understanding root causes, prioritizing solutions and working to align all levels of the organization to improve.
