Jay Morwick

Senior Partner

Jason has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries spanning finance, technology, supply chain, and hospitality sectors.  He has also worked in several functional areas, including finance, human resources, operations, logistics, and marketing operations.  He started his journey in Business Excellence as a Black Belt, and later Master Black Belt, with GE Finance Shared Services in 2000.  He joined CHEP USA in 2003 as a Master Black Belt and helped initiate the Business Excellence program in the US.  In 2006, Jason joined Cisco Systems and worked on the core team that revamped the company’s struggling Six Sigma program.  Their efforts and approach were chronicled as a case study in the book, Six Sigma and Quality Software Improvement (McGraw-Hill, 2011).  He joined Wyndham Destinations in 2016 as Director of Process Excellence & Industrial Engineering.       

Jason is also an experienced consultant who has led large scale transformational projects and provided training for clients such as, Tufts Health Plan, Boston Medical Company Healthnet, US Patent and Trademark Office, Internal Revenue Service, US Department of Treasury, and Thomson Reuters to name a few. Jason’s area of expertise extends to process improvement, leadership, and remote working.  He is the co-author of 4 books: Making Telework Work (Nicholas Brealey, 2011), Gridiron Leadership (Praeger, 2011), Workshift: Future-Proof Your Organization for the 21st Century (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013), and Remote Leadership: Successfully Leading Work-from-anywhere and Hybrid Teams (Walk the Talk, 2022).

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Regis University (Denver, CO). He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Certified Project Management Professional.
