After a short 2 year career in Financial services, Jack began his 35 year journey in the Consumer Packaged goods world as a franchise owner/distributer of a small packaged goods Snacks and Treats company
In 1990 Jack joined Frito-Lay Canada and progressed through the sales function focused on Direct Store Distribution (DSD) sales management leadership and several Account Management roles across multiple retailers.
In 2001, he was introduced to a new role at Frito-Lay as a Sales & Operation collaboration leader. Jack’s S&OP leadership success lead to a new career path in Supply Chain which included progressive development experiences in Distribution, Logistics, Fleet Management, and DSD Sales Operations. In 2007, Jack was handed the responsibility of leading the largest manufacturing site in Canada. Leveraging a strong leadership development strategy and implementing Continuous Improvement practices resulted in Awards of Excellence performance. In 2011 Jack was charged with full responsibility of Supply Chain Management & Service to Customer across Canada for Frito-Lay and Quaker Canada. In 2015, he took responsibility for DSD Sales Operation (including People, Fleet, Real Estate) at Frito-Lay US with responsibility for ~3,000 people and $1/2 Billion expense
Jack has expanded his experience since leaving Frito-Lay in 2019, as Supply Chain Management Consultant. His projects have focused mostly in Food and Beverage Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and include expanding companies presence in E-Commerce, Food Service, DSD and traditional retail.
While, Jack grew up in Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University, his consulting business is based from Florida with focus on North American CPG companies. Jack enjoys leveraging his experience to support companies identifying solutions to key strategic Growth or Productivity challenges, and leveraging his vast network to support execution of Projects
