One such example at his previous employer was unlocking 1.6MM kg of production capacity in a single year and generating over $6MM in P&L savings across multi-plant networks within 2 years.
An awarded Kaizen Facilitator, Gagan has led over 15 cross-functional Kaizen events while training 300+ employees and coaching 20+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. He is recognized as a trusted coach in Lean methodologies, having facilitated programs in problem-solving techniques, GEMBA, VA/NVA analysis, and Six Sigma project execution. His passion lies in helping organizations achieve breakthrough performance while building systems that sustain improvement over the long term.
In his most recent role as Corporate Asset Reliability Leader at Maple Leaf Foods, Gagan strengthened reliability and maintenance strategies across a 20+ manufacturing facility network, advanced TPM practices, and enabled large-scale network expansion. His work not only optimized asset performance but also built stronger technical capability and long-term reliability practise discipline across the organization.
Gagan is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Kaizen Facilitator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering.
