She is knowledgeable in digital transformation including business process definition and improvement, cloud-based technology implementations and organizational readiness. She has direct industry experience in sales and marketing, logistics and transportation and holds a certification as a Certified Anaplan Model Builder and trainer. ​
Her technical experience spans several tools including Anaplan, Kinaxis and Salesforce and various ERP solutions. ​

She has implemented supply chain management tools for various industries including medical devices, wine and spirits, retail, food and beverage, CPG, and e-commerce. ​

Dyci obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and completed her Master’s studies in Industrial Engineering and Engineer Management at Kennesaw State University. She holds Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) certifications from ASCM and ISCEA, respectively.
