Bryan’s career began in production technology engineering, designing advanced manufacturing equipment and processes for the Aerospace and Defense industry at Vought Aircraft and Northrop Grumman. As a charter member of the MIT-sponsored Lean Aircraft Initiative, he helped drive innovation in aerospace manufacturing. His expertise quickly led him into leadership roles spanning operations and information technology.
For over 12 years, Bryan served as CIO of Vought Aircraft ($2.1B revenue), leading major system transformations, acquisitions, divestitures, and new product launches. He also played a pivotal role in supply chain strategy, strategic planning, and program management, overseeing a $450M P&L.
He then joined Elbit Systems of America as Vice President and CIO, where he built a high-performing IT organization that supported both internal operations and critical customer programs in homeland security and advanced technology. He also led a $350M business acquisition, further strengthening the company’s market position.
Bryan later served as an Executive Counselor for InfoTech Research Group, advising global executives on navigating complex challenges and achieving breakthrough results. His passion for empowering organizations led him to his current role at Adonis Partners, where he aligns business and technology strategies to drive transformational performance.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in IT Management.
