Travis started his journey in Business Excellence as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with GE Industrial Systems in 1999. He joined CHEP Canada in 2004 as a Master Black Belt and has since led the expansion of Business Excellence globally for Brambles and Recall (CHEP and Recall were divisions of Brambles). Travis joined Avintiv (a $2Bn Blackstone private equity portfolio company) in 2014 as the Vice President, of Global Business Excellence where he successfully launched a Business Excellence program from the ground up. Under his leadership, Business Excellence projects at Avintiv generated incremental EBITDA of $30M and created over $250M in equity value; contributing to a successful turnaround and exit, selling to Berry Global in 2015.
After leading and completing the operations integration of Avintiv into Berry Global, Travis started up the Adonis Partners in 2016 as a consultancy focused on increased profitability for clients while growing the capability of their people.
