Jeff spent nearly 39 years in supply chain roles in the CPG and Packaging industries.  His roles grew from Production Supervisor to COO over his career. Most of his career involved overseeing manufacturing and engineering operations with a focus on TPM and continuous improvement systems. He also has held broad supply chain roles that included safety, quality,  procurement, logistics, planning, innovation, and new product delivery.  Jeff has significant experience in M&A due diligence and integration.  He is an organizational leader, having led organizations over 2000 people and $2B in revenue.

Jeff began his career with Union Carbide Corporation / First Brands Corporation in a variety of manufacturing and engineering roles, leading to being Plant Manager of a 750 employee union facility in the blown film and bag making / packing industry.   

He then worked for The Clorox Company for 14 years where he learned TPM and expanded his knowledge of manufacturing processes into food manufacturing, assembly operations, process industries (cat liter and charcoal), high speed packaging, etc.  He has significant experience in various plastic processing industries.  As VP of Manufacturing for the Specialty Division, Jeff personally won numerous Clorox values awards and his plants won numerous awards for excellence.

The last 8 years Jeff was SVP / COO at Altium Packaging, a $1.2B rigid plastic container and recycled resin company.  As a member of the Senior Leadership Team – they delivered 7 straight years of transformational financial performance leading to the sale of the company in 2017 and minority stake sale in 2021.  Jeff has worked in public, private and private equity owned companies.
