Barry Murash

Executive Partner

Barry is an “Operator” who was given the opportunity to learn and practice Lean Six Sigma after 20 years of leading large organizations in North America and Asia in the Technology sector.  He earned Master Black Belt status and was recruited back into executive operations roles to lead and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement.  Since then, he has continued to leverage those skills to scale performance improvement and create enterprise value across several enterprises, both Public and Private Equity backed.
 
Prior to joining Adonis Partners, Barry served as Chief Transformation Officer at nThrive, a Private Equity owned company.  He played a key role in developing strategy and leading execution of initiatives that improved service quality and reduced transactional cost.  Prior to nThrive, Barry served as the President of Global Operations and Business Excellence for Avintiv, a Blackstone owned Private Equity firm.  He led the company’s global supply chain, business excellence, employee health and safety, capital engineering and regional manufacturing functions. Prior to joining Avintiv, he was the Corporate Vice President of Global Fulfillment at Applied Materials, where he was responsible for procurement, logistics, service parts distribution and order management. 

Prior to Applied Materials, he served as vice president, Global Operations at Avaya. Before his time at Avaya, Barry spent 22 years at Nortel in several executive roles across multiple functions including manufacturing, order management, procurement, services, logistics, Lean Six Sigma, marketing and finance. Barry earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Management Accountant.
