​After a career as an IT consultant at Accenture, where she honed her skills in implementing enterprise-systems, Agatha transitioned to CHEP (A Brambles and global supply chain company). Over two decades at Brambles, Agatha held progressively senior role across various functions including: Marketing, HR, Quality, Supply Chain, M&A and Sales where her journey culminated in her role as Senior Director of Global Customer Experience. ​

An MBA and Certified as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) MBB, she brings hands-on operational expertise generating tangible results as both a direct business leader and as a program manager influencing dispersed project teams in matrixed environments. An agile learner, she easily adapts to projects of varying scales and subject matters as evidenced in her consistent delivery of annual cost savings of up to $20M in her capacity as Director of LSS for Brambles.

Agatha also has extensive experience delivering training and facilitating strategic meetings fostering collaboration at all levels. This, combined with her IT background and technical solutions deployments, make her an effective IT and Business partner, enhancing her ability to drive impactful change. ​
