Tara has held senior level end-to-end Supply Chain roles and has over 20 years’ experience in purchasing, sourcing, logistics, demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory management and production. She has a proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Tara has led multiple transformation projects resulting in organizational savings of +$30 million. She has experience in multiple industries and organizational size ranging from small, rapid growth companies to large, established Fortune 500 companies. During her time in corporate roles, she developed the S&OP process for five organizations. She has also been the business lead for multiple ERP implementation projects. During her consulting years, she has led multi-million-dollar projects as the Program Manager, led end-to-end Supply Chain projects and taken companies to a new level, driving growth and a positive impact to the bottom line.

Tara graduated from Clayton State University with an undergraduate degree in Business; she completed a graduate program at Mercer University, earning an MBA. Tara has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is APICS certified. She also holds two board positions. She has been featured in Supply Chain publications like CHAIN magazine for Supply Chain and Sustainability contributions She is a contributor to podcasts and interviews and is a speaker at nationwide conferences on Supply Chain transformation.
