Mark has over 30 years of experience helping diverse companies to simplify work, align technology and build the teamwork and discipline needed to quickly understand and effectively respond to evolving challenges.  He started with running global logistics in the military and leveraged that experience with training in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and change management to lead product and plant turnarounds and corporate global performance improvement programs at Fortune 100 companies in the Aerospace, Financial Services, Information Technology, Shared Business Services, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Mark’s core belief is that nothing is impossible. Regardless of the pace of change, business complexity, operational or market “challenges,” new levels of performance are within reach. He is a certified Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Change Agent with the “battlescars” from leading hundreds of projects and multiple deployments at companies such as Honeywell, EDS, Merck, and Johnson & Johnson.  

This experience has given him a strong appreciation for how to balance the speed of operational improvements with the changes in mindsets and behaviors required for organizational adoption.

As a proud veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve, Mark gained extensive global  experience in the areas of ground operations, maintenance and logistics during his military service. Mark has strong academic credentials that includes an MBA degree, a master’s degree in human resources and organizational behavior, and a bachelor’s degree in  engineering from the Unites States Military Academy at West Point. 

Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors for Vita Education Services and is active as an SBA SCORE Mentor, and  the Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
