After earning an Industrial Engineering degree from the Università di Padova in Italy, Elisabetta joined ITT Industries where she soon became part of the Lean Six Sigma Team, first as Black Belt and then as Master Black Belt.  In these roles and over a period of 9 years she has led many Lean Six Sigma Transformation projects and Kaizen Events supporting the total Lean redesign of Italian plants. Elisabetta was also responsible for training and coaching EMEA ITT Green Belts and Black Belts and for leading ITT Six Sigma Teamwork and Leadership training. 

Since 2008 Elisabetta has has worked as a consultant and in this role has supported several major companies in Europe in reaching a successful Transformation following the Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.

This new challenge provided an opportunity to train hundreds of projects leaders and coach projects in different industries, working in automotive, electronics, mailing services, maintenance services, manufacturing and chemical companies.

Elisabetta has also been member of the faculty of University of Michigan and collaborated with the Italian Lean Global Network Team.  She is Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English.​
