Bill is a passionate and results-driven executive with over 30 years of extensive transformational experience leading multi-site operations, both domestically and internationally. Bill’s expertise is in high paced commercial and government business turn-a-rounds, transformations, multi-site manufacturing and lean operations. Bill has held positions in Supply Chain, Program Management, Operations and Operational Excellence. Bill has lived in three countries and worked with international teams across six continents.
 
Bill started his career in Business Excellence at Honeywell where he received his certification in Lean manufacturing in 1993. In 2002 Bill received his Black Belt certification from Textron and  in 2005 received his Lean Master Black Belt certification. As part of the Caterpillar Production System team, Bill authored an inventory and flow management process and oversaw the global execution resulting in Work in Process Inventory reduction of ~ $423M. While at Triumph Areo-structures, Bill Mentored 50 Supplier Readiness Engineers across 63 global suppliers yielding Quality and Capability enhancements, improving Supplier on time performance by 30%.

Bill holds a B.S. in Production and Operations Management from New Mexico State University.  In addition to Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification, he received his Toyota Production System “LEAN” Training Certification from Shingijutsu Global Consulting, Toyota City Japan. Bill also holds an Earned Value Management certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
