Marianne began her career in Quality and Supply Chain and had a long successful career with major food manufacturers such as Frito-Lay, Pepsi and George Weston.

Marianne transitioned to the General Management fast-track program with Brambles holding senior executive leadership roles in Asset Management, Supply Chain and Customer Experience in Asia-Pacific, USA and Canada. She was instrumental in leading the global adoption of Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Brambles, driving the change management and a whole new organizational focus on improving the customer experience and increasing B2B customer engagement.

Marianne’s multi-functional global experience culminated in her returning to Canada to lead the CHEP Canada business as President. During her tenure, the Canadian Business acquired and integrated an associated business, achieved top quartile employee engagement and delivered impressive growth and profitability results.

Marianne joins Adonis Partners bringing a skill and passion for developing winning business strategies, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the customer experience to enable sales growth.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
