Aurès Tchana is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 16 years’ experience in his journey of Business Processes Improvement. He is leveraging agile methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Business Design by Innovation, Systems Dynamics to built dynamics businesses infrastructure. As a Continuous Improvement practitioner and strategist, he is focus to support businesses to reach a sustainable performance by resolving wicked problems consequent of our VUCA world, full of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.

Aurès has accompanied many organizations in the design, the implementation and deployment of Continuous Improvement strategy, culture, principles and techniques, around customer requirements within an effective change management framework. 

At Boeing Company, Altran Group (€2,12 Bn Consulting Firm), Symcor Inc (private venture in Banking Industry), and at the Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children (Major Children’s hospital in North America), Aures’s business excellence contribution has improved operations processes to 70% from the initial state of performance while focussing on the Customer requirements fulfilment, employees experience, leaders’ empowerment and business performance improvement. The financial benefits started from around $300K CAD per year.

At Labatt Breweries of Canada as Logistics Deployment Manager, with profound analytical skill, and relationship management, Aures was able to manage the Supply Chain Operations planning, the packaged goods production, the deployment process to exceed the Key Performance Indicator target, the Customer Fill Rate of 99%, equivalent to millions of dollars in profit.

Aurès holds a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management and Purchasing from the Skema Business School and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the Bourg-en-Bresse School of Business and Industry, as well as a university degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Institute Of Technology (Paris XIII university). He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Co-active Coach, Systems Thinker with an high interest for Lean Start Up, Strategy dynamics, and the Circular Economy.
