Enrico Sieni

Senior Partner

Enrico has spent his career driving transformative change across multiple industries and continents. He began his professional journey at General Electric’s Plastics Division, completing GE’s Financial Management Program in the Netherlands in 2000. He then progressed from Commercial Finance Leader to Finance Leader at the Amsterdam ABS plant and led the rollout of Six Sigma for customers.

After moving to the United States, he joined H.B. Fuller as a Global Business Development Manager and later a Marketing Leader, where he discovered his passion for pricing and created the company’s first dedicated pricing team. Next, Enrico partnered with former GE colleagues at Bluestone Process Dynamics, a boutique consulting firm focused on performance optimization. In 2013, he returned to pricing at Polymer Group Inc., a PE investment by Blackstone, building a global pricing team that generated over $30 million in incremental EBITDA, culminating in a successful sale to Berry Plastics in 2015.

He then established a pricing team at MSC Industrial Supply, a $4+ billion distributor of metalworking and MRO products, developing the group to 16 professionals over seven years.

Since 2023, Enrico has been advising companies seeking to elevate their pricing strategies and profitability.

He is a graduate of the University of Bath (UK) with a BSc (Honors) in Business Administration and holds a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
