Processes Assessed for Future State Design

Pain Points Identified

Best Practices Integrated

A global leader in insulated metal panel production faced the challenge of standardizing operations while adopting Continuous Improvement practices. Adonis Partners was brought in to assess the current state and help implement changes. Expert consultants began with a process mapping workshop, establishing a comprehensive end-to-end framework for documenting and analyzing order-to-cash processes.

Once the initial workshop was conducted, a core team of business architects was trained and coached on facilitating process mapping workshops. Consultants then observed and monitored each workshop. After the current system was assessed, the teams were able to develop the ideal future state model. Altogether there were 184 process changes proposed, with 39 best practices integrated within these workflows.

Beyond the immediate scope of mapping, Adonis’ engagement was expanded to include training and coaching the Business Information System team on project management and change management. By anticipating risks, assessing impacts, and defining a practical change management approach, Adonis supported the client in creating a standardized, efficient operational model.
