Shannon is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Lean Master Trainer, and a Leadership coach. His career started in the automotive industry where he came up through engineering into operational leadership roles. In 2008, Shannon became a consultant and started applying Lean Six Sigma principles, systems and tools to transactional and service processes. Since that time, he has coached and mentored hundreds of Lean Six practitioners and operational leaders across a wide range of industries.
He has developed curriculum for numerous improvement methodologies including; Lean Transformation (Bronze, Silver & Gold levels), Six Sigma Green and Black Belt, and several Leadership Development Programs. Shannon has trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts, and Lean Practitioners.
He has led hundreds of Kaizen events and delivered rapid and lasting organizational results.
He has a Bachelors of Administration in Quality Management from Columbus University and carries certifications in both Six Sigma and Lean. Shannon resides with his wife Margaret in Blue Ridge, GA USA.
