Brad has worked in a wide range of industries for top global companies in North America, Europe and Asia. With senior level experiences in operations for global companies in the automotive and industrial sectors combined with consulting experiences in both private and public sectors, Brad brings a depth of knowledge with him. With formal training on lean in Japan and having delivered numerous transformational changes over the past 25 years, Brad is able to deliver consistent results.

In addition, Brad has an effective coaching style that engages the teams and helps to drives empowerment.  He works seamlessly at all levels from top management to shop floor people to engage everyone.

With experiences in both Automotive and Industrial sectors, and formal lean training in Japan, Brad has a solid lean knowledge at a mentor level.

Brad has two decades of experience of designing and leading transformational changes in both manufacturing and services sectors. Brad had opportunity to develop and mentor individuals at all levels of the organization.  He has been the driving force in developing Kaizen training programs and coached both one-on-one and teams on deployment of lean in both class and hands-on settings.
