Manoj began his career in Business Excellence in 2010 as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Philips Healthcare. He earned both his Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certifications from Philips University in 2014. Manoj delivered annual EBITA impacts of €5–7 million by leading productivity improvement initiatives, defect reduction programs, and FDA remediation activities. ​

Manoj joined RTI Surgical, a medical device manufacturer, as a Continuous Improvement Leader in 2018. He successfully transformed the plant’s culture, achieving a $4 million EBITDA improvement for two consecutive years, expanding gross margin from 62% to 69%. Manoj played a pivotal role in the sale of the manufacturing plant to a private equity firm in 2020. ​

Manoj joined Avalign Technologies, a medical device manufacturer, in 2021 as the Director of Continuous Improvement. He designed and implemented a program that delivered annual EBITDA savings of $8–14 million across six manufacturing facilities. Manoj successfully transformed the continuous improvement culture at three plants and developed an EHS program for all sites. ​

Manoj spent 10 years in Sales and Customer Service roles before transitioning to Business Excellence until 2008.​

In 2025, Manoj became a Senior Partner at Adonis Partners. In this role, he focuses on driving productivity and profitability for clients while enhancing the skills and capabilities of their teams.​

Manoj holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Jai Narain Vyas University (Jodhpur, India) and Full-Time MBA from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland OH, USA).
