Cate has 20+ years of experience in the corporate world and has held positions in finance, supply chain, account management, product management and project management. While she has experience in logistics, manufacturing and healthcare, her main area of expertise lies in big data and the service industry. 

She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has been leading business process improvements since 2016. She has conducted numerous LSS projects on a global scale leading to savings upwards of $2 million per year. She enjoys complex projects that are data heavy and excels at process mapping, data analysis, root cause analysis, and solution ideation & prioritization. She’s a big believer in continuing education and has coached many Green Belts through their certifications.

Cate holds an undergraduate degree in International Business and an MBA from Indiana University with a double major in Marketing and Operations. She has lived in France, Canada, Germany and is currently based in Chicago. She’s fluent in English and French. In her free time, Cate studies nursing and hopes to add “registered nurse” to her resume. She worked in hospitals during the Covid pandemic and is looking forward to continuing to volunteer in her community.
